Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Supaslides at supaslides.app (the “Service”), operated by Supaslides (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Supaslides turns a URL and a brief into on-brand social content (such as carousels and posts) that you can edit, export, share, and publish to connected accounts. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit and the carousels and posts you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any URL, image, brand, or other material you submit, and that your use does not infringe anyone else’s rights. AI-generated output may be imperfect; review it before you publish it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break the law or infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Upload malicious, deceptive, hateful, or otherwise abusive content.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Circumvent plan limits, quotas, or watermarks.
- Resell or misrepresent the Service as your own.
Publishing to connected accounts
Supaslides can schedule and publish content to third-party platforms you connect, such as Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok, X (Twitter), Threads, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You are responsible for the content you schedule and for following each platform’s own terms and community guidelines. We publish only what you schedule, and we may pause or stop publishing if a platform requires it or if we detect misuse. Access to these platforms is provided through their APIs and may be changed or withdrawn by the platform at any time.
API keys and AI agents
The Service includes an API and an MCP server that let external tools and AI assistants (such as Claude or Cursor) act on your account, authenticated with personal API keys. Your keys are secrets: anything done with them counts as your activity, consumes your plan allowances, and is subject to these Terms. You are responsible for the agents and tools you connect. We may apply reasonable rate and usage limits to keep the Service stable, and we may revoke keys involved in abuse.
Share links
You can create public share links for carousels. Anyone with a link can view the shared page and, where offered, claim a copy of the shared content into their own account. You are responsible for what you share, and you can revoke a share link at any time.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, effective from your next billing period.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from a paid subscription. By starting the paid service immediately, you request performance before the withdrawal period ends; if you withdraw within 14 days, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived by contract.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic, Vercel, Google Cloud, PostHog, Meta (Instagram, Facebook, and Threads), TikTok, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google/YouTube. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. Publishing to YouTube is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated copy and designs may contain errors, so you should review everything before publishing. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee any particular marketing or business results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for damage caused intentionally.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live. Disputes will be resolved by the competent common courts; for non-consumers, the court competent for our registered address.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
